Well, the truth of course is that nobody can really know but we do have good reasons to have a positive, but realistic viewpoint. Our optimism is based upon our successful last quarter in 2011, which saw an increase in our volume of sales across our office network.This good sales performance was achieved, despite the continued uncertainties and risks of the global economy, which have not gone away.
We have not seen any significant movement in sales prices during 2011 and this trend is consistent with the established house price indices. The key factor to achieve sales success is to market properties effectively using a variety of modern technology and good old fashioned people skills. Realistically priced homes in the strong housing locations within which Aitchisons operate will continue to sell and enable homeowners to achieve their objectives of completing a move.
