Top Marks For Aitchisons

Aitchisons have been awarded top marks by a “mystery shopper”, who, working under cover for SoldOut magazine, visited the estate agents in Berkhamsted recently.
SoldOut magazine reports on all aspects of the Estate Agency business and general property related matters .Each month it sends a mystery shopper to visit estate agents in different towns, posing as a house buyer, in order to evaluate their performance in dealing with a member of the general public.
January was Berkhamsteds turn, and of all the estate agents visited, Aitchisons came out with the highest marks. Each agent is judged on a number of categories, such as first impressions, information given, market knowledge, guidance and website etc.
When visiting Aitchisons, the mystery shopper was particularly impressed by the helpful and friendly manner in which she was received, coupled with the extensive knowledge shown by the Aitchisons staff. In addition her requirements were best matched by the wide choice of properties that Aitchisons have to offer.
Aitchisons was established in Berkhamsted in 1935, with the aim of providing a professional service based on honesty, integrity and a wealth of experience and local knowledge. It is good to know that those aims are still being met today.
